Ann Hurst

I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, as well as issues related to isolation, life purpose, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with older adults, young adults, and caregivers, addressing concerns such as panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive patterns, social anxiety, grief, guilt, shame, and forgiveness. I also support clients dealing with workplace stress, chronic pain, military and veteran experiences, and various mood and personality concerns.
