About Candace Legg

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, grieving a loss, trying to figure out who you are, or questioning whether the life you're living actually feels like your own. You may be functioning well on the outside while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand what's happening, and figure out what you want to do differently. My primary goal is to get you where you want to be, even if you don’t quite know where that is yet. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, neurodivergence, relationships, and questions of identity and purpose. Using ACT and existential therapy, I help clients understand themselves, make room for difficult emotions, and take meaningful steps toward a more authentic life. We will focus on increasing your awareness of your own patterns, to allow you more flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges. Difficult, unfair things happen; we can work together to help you process these things and identify ways you can minimize further pain. Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, respond to life's challenges with greater flexibility, and create a more authentic, meaningful life. If you're feeling stuck or uncertain about what's next, feel free to schedule with me.
