I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with adults who struggle with severe mood shifts, unstable relationships, poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, sense of loneliness, and intrusive thoughts. I help by providing a compassionate, genuine, and authentic approach to therapy. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I incorporate skills of Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Mindfulness throughout sessions. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, build on your strengths, and help develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges. I also utilize a trauma-informed approach during sessions.
