Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and hope. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, and difficulties managing emotions. I also enjoy helping parents and families strengthen communication and build healthier relationships. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as we work together. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that our experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world, and sometimes those experiences leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who we want to be. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
