I am licensed in New Mexico and New York with 25 years of professional work and life experience. I have significant training and experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, family issues, anxiety, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, intimacy related issues, grief/loss, divorce, empty nest & so much more. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe in the therapeutic process and the incredible, life altering insights you will have and changes you can make to live authentically and be at peace with yourself. Please note - I prefer to conduct live sessions and believe that meeting 2x/wk allows for enhanced growth and change. I like to give written assignments & believe that text/email communication between sessions is extremely helpful.
