About Diana Stout
I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is having a space where you can feel genuinely heard, seen, and understood. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we simply need a place where we can talk openly without feeling judged or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I meet people where they are and work to create a comfortable environment where you can be yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, going through a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, experiencing anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to better understand what’s going on and identify what may help you move forward.
I believe therapy should be individualized because no two people or experiences are exactly alike. We’ll focus on what’s important to you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that fit your life—not just what looks good on paper.
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on or even where to begin. Sometimes the first step is simply having someone listen. We can start there.
