My passion lies in supporting high-stress populations such as veterans, first responder, sport, medical, other high performance populations, and those facing significant life issues and crises aged 18 years to 100 years of age on a teletherapy basis. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, behavioral issues, chronic pain, sexual abuse, suicidal ideation, coping skills, stress tolerance, burnout prevention, mental resilience, lack of self-esteem/self-confidence, performance anxiety and stress, and psychological testing and evaluation.
