Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, overwhelmed by anxiety or life transitions, or noticing the same struggles showing up in your relationships, you’re not alone. Many people carry ways of coping that once helped them get through difficult moments but now feel limiting or exhausting. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. With a background in education and counseling across all developmental stages, I bring a deeper understanding of how early experiences shape who we are today and how we can begin to shift those patterns. I have over a decade of experience working across both educational and clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns rooted in early experiences. I work with young adults, adults, and couples who want to break out of cycles that no longer serve them and feel more grounded, intentional, and connected in their lives. My work is especially helpful for those exploring how past experiences continue to influence present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
