Janee Fuller

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a variety of life challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, burnout, and behavioral or emotional challenges. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, supportive, and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. Treatment is individualized to meet each client's unique needs, experiences, strengths, and personal goals. I understand that reaching out for support can require courage. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them develop healthier coping strategies, recognize their strengths, improve emotional well-being, and create positive, sustainable change.
