Hi, my name is Jenna and I enjoy helping people find the path to being authentic! I am currently licensed in both Montana and Idaho. My ideal clients have a desire to understand their patterns and what keeps them from their growth. I have experience working with clients of all ages with a specific focus on adolescents, parents, and young adults. I work from a nervous system perspective understanding that the nervous system must first feel safe before growth can happen. Safety begins in the therapeutic relationship.
