Jennifer Fandray

I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and circumstances. My work has centered on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and grief—as well as supporting those managing ADHD, autism, and other neurodevelopmental considerations. I have a particular passion for working with older adults and bring deep expertise to caregiver-related stress, workplace challenges, chronic pain and illness, traumatic brain injury, and autism spectrum experiences. I understand how these intersecting concerns can feel overwhelming, and I'm committed to meeting you where you are with compassion and practical support.
