My approach to individual therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively, feel more grounded, and move toward your personal goals. Depending on what brings you in, our work may focus on areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem, boundaries, or life transitions. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be open and honest at your own pace. Therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about gaining insight, building resilience, and learning how to show up for yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
