I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a licensed psychologist in my country of origin, with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and emotional difficulties. I have worked as a bilingual clinician with a multicultural population of individuals from diverse backgrounds across a variety of agencies and programs. My approach is humanistic, grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which explores how life experiences, relationships, and motivations influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
