I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. My areas of focus include anxiety and panic disorders, post-traumatic stress, anger management, and self-harm. I also support clients working through relationship concerns—including communication difficulties, codependency, infidelity, and abandonment—as well as women's issues, sexuality, and young adult challenges.
