I am a seasoned trauma based therapist who is passionate about helping you find your balance and better understand the "what? why? and how?" that impact your daily life. I prioritize psychoeducation and believe that by the time we are through, you should have the knowledge and skills to feel confident without me. I prioritize balance and compassion for the humanity of how we show up in the world while encouraging growth towards being our best selves. I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional and as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider and have specialized training in EMDR, DNMS, healing from religious trauma and high control groups, as well as psych based nutrition fundamentals. Using these we will work together to set a strong foundation, process the past, and synthesize your parts of self so you can move forward with emotional resilience and increased confidence in your ability to thrive.
