Lauren Pernell

Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, in Panama City Florida. Lauren has 6 years of experience which includes counseling children, adolescents, and adults in both group and individual settings. She has provided group counseling to adults struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Lauren has also provided group and individual counseling to individuals experiencing challenges with ADHD, career changes and family conflict. She has used multiple treatment modalities to include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
