Nancy Higgins

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with training in EMDR and trauma-certified care, working with clients who experience addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma — including many who are currently in treatment programs. I work with people navigating a wide range of struggles, and I understand the unique challenges that come with early recovery and healing. My therapy style is warm, direct, and person-centered.
