Hey, I’m Porsha! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can talk openly, be yourself, and feel genuinely heard. I know that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy. You may not even know exactly what you need—you just know that something needs to change. That’s okay. You don’t have to figure it all out before you get here. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and other challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches while making sure therapy feels personal to you, rather than like a one-size-fits-all process. Whether you’re trying to get through a difficult season or simply want to grow and understand yourself better, we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and create realistic steps toward the life you want.
