I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and collaboration—always striving to empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across outpatient settings, community-based services, and multidisciplinary teams to support individuals through complex challenges including trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and mental health crises. I’m trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy interventions, and I incorporate these modalities to create individualized, client-centered treatment plans.
