Three words that describe my style are: Creative, Open-Minded, Passionate Something unique about my approach is: I have a diverse background working in many environments and with many populations. Plus, I utilize my experiences, personally and professionally, to engage clients to begin their healing journeys. I am direct and compassionate and my goal is to develop a unique treatment plan that fits your healing style and pace. Together we will explore: Steps for Healing, Personal Inventories, Actions to Support Recovery, and Connections to Resources. I specialize in working with people who: Are willing and desire change, despite it being hard to confront! and individuals that are open to exploring their role within their relationships. I can show you how to walk through grief, pain, depression with grace, integrity, humility and be a better person for embracing change. I became a therapist because: I have always been fascinated by others and their thinking and behaviors. The ability to impact change within personal lives is a privilege. Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is: Teletherapy allows you to be in the comfort of your own home and offers flexibility in scheduling. When I’m not at work, I like to: Exercise (training for a full marathon), cooking, taking "Day Trips" and hanging out with friends, family and pets and creative outlets (writing, podcasts, community projects).
