“I love Tara, she is my hero. She meets me where I’m at and is the absolute coolest!”
“Never was a therapy guy. Mrs Tara changed that. She helped me know myself better. She was an ear when I needed one the most.”
“Can’t say enough good things! 10/10”
“Tara has been my therapist for almost 2 years. She listens very well and offers me questions to consider and/or coping methods based on my needs. She does not give me answers but asks me to examine my own thought process. She does not respond to every journal entry, nor do I want her to. She challenges my unhealthy habits while also offering grace and kindness. She is the perfect combination of serious and sassy for me. I am very happy with Tara.”
“Makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable, great spirit ”

“Good”
“It’s almost as if God returned to earth as my therapist. No mere mortal could possibly therapize at her level. The water feature for the shrine is scheduled to be installed in the living room next week!”
“Tara is very supportive and fun to talk to.”
“Tara meets me where I am. She listens and responds to my questions and offers advice. She is gentle with me when I am not gentle with myself. She helps me put things in perspective and when I am unsure about many things, she reminds me of the things I am doing well. ”
“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ”
“Tara's positive regard with blunt honesty in her responses and suggestions are just parts of what makes her such a great resource. I having been in therapy on and off for years with various different therapist, and Tara is great at being a huge supporter of my goals. If you want to make positive changes, I highly recommend putting in the work with Tara as guidence and support!”
“Tara is very good at “meeting me where I am” in any given session. She is an acute listener. During our first meeting, and at my request, Tara told me about her clinical background. I was impressed with the depth and variety of her professional experience. I recommend Tara as a therapist for these reasons, and because she has a profound respect for the patient’s evaluation of his or her life.”
