I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety issues, coping with substance use addictions, trauma and abuse also coping with grief and loss. I have experience working with depression, relationships issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy.
