I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families, with a particular focus on the patterns playing out in our closest relationships - the recurring conflicts, communication breakdowns, and unspoken dynamics that keep people stuck. Whether you're navigating something on your own or working through it together, I aim to help clients see these patterns more clearly and build healthier ways of connecting. I use a systemic lens and Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with extensive training in anxiety treatment and dialectical behavioral therapy, and bring a background in adolescent mental health to my work with clients of all ages. My approach uses compassion, candor, and humor to help set goals and achieve real, lasting change. I create a safe space for real exploration and growth, and I know that the right therapeutic fit makes all the difference.
