Struggling with anxiety, stress, or feeling lost and unsure of your direction? I offer practical skills and strategies grounded in evidence-based approaches. I have experience facilitating group therapy as well as working one-on-one with individuals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you build tools for lasting change. In addition to my counseling background, I also serve as a College and Career Counselor, supporting clients as they navigate academic choices and career transitions.
