About Richard Camp

Hi there and welcome. I specialize in trauma, addiction, spiritual emergence and emergency, relationship issues, and chronic stress/anxiety. I'm passionate about helping people in dynamic life situations find stability, calm, and confidence. I operate from an assumption that you are inherently whole and seek to key in on both what's causing you pain and suffering, as well as the unique gifts and resilience that you bring to your life and to your healing. I provide attachment-based, neurobiologically-informed, and systems-oriented frameworks for people to understand how what they are experiencing is rooted in their history, nervous systems, and nested life contexts. I'm highly experiential in my approach. I know how important it is to talk through what's happening, but I also know how vital it is to slow down, drop out of the mind and into the body, and feel what's here with warm, attuned support--in this case, that's me! I believe we all need one another and that no one should have to walk their healing and awakening paths alone. Let's journey together.
